“As a student at the University of Maryland, Baltimore, my research focuses on identifying key factors that contribute to health disparities seen in head and neck squamous cell carcinoma. In the long-term, I hope to become an independent researcher whose work continues to increase the visibility of underrepresented populations and make a meaningful public health impact.”
