What are your long-term career objectives?

“My research aims to advance equitable access to therapeutic clinical trials for patients in neuro-oncology, with a specific focus on improving accrual for NIH-designated minority patients and women. I am particularly interested in the intersection between artificial intelligence and health equity. My long-term goal is to become a neurosurgeon-scientist who is passionate about delivering high-quality care to all patients.”
