Dr. Staisey was a managing director in health care and life sciences at IBM. Currently she consults with public, private, and non-profit healthcare and pharma-related organizations. Her work has focused on the intersection of big data, technology, and analytics to drive innovation and better results in health care. Dr. Staisey has served on a variety of boards including the Children’s Hospital of Eastern Ontario and HealthXL. She received an honorary Doctorate of Humane Letters from the University of Saint Joseph in recognition of her career contributions to using technology and information to improve health care and business programs.
