What are your long-term career goals?
“After completing my BS in biology, I plan to attend medical school and pursue a career in pediatric oncology. My research experience at St. Jude, where I studied a novel therapeutic strategy for osteosarcoma, has heightened my passion to continue research throughout my career. Ultimately, I aspire to work directly with individual pediatric cancer patients and families while also impacting lives on a larger scale by researching more effective and less toxic treatments for childhood malignancies.”
