What are your long-term career objectives?

“My primary research goal is to publish a first author manuscript on my thesis work studying the transcriptional regulation of the classical subtype of pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma. Afterwards, I plan to transition into a postdoctoral position to continue my training as an independent researcher. Beyond that, my career aspiration is to become an independent scientist, where I foster diversity and inclusivity by mentoring the next generation of scientists from underrepresented backgrounds in biomedical research.”

Abstract #3052: Investigating the role of FOXA1/2 & HNF4⍺ in pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma.
