Her experience spans work in hyper-growth, mature, and turnaround companies, and strategies of de novo development, spin-offs, and acquisition. She previously served as the CHRO of Mayo Clinic (non-profit) and SVP HR of Tenet Healthcare (public/THC), a consultant at McKinsey & Company, and a finance executive at Sabre and American Airlines (AMR). She is an experienced entrepreneur, previously owning and operating an innovative business focused on healthy families.
