My research goal is to improve treatments for lethal diseases such as pancreatic cancer. I know that even a small discovery can be transformational. My career goal is to become a leader in cancer research in industry. I want to focus in making a contribution to my community and be an advocate working to improve disparities in the representation of minorities in clinical trials and research studies.
