What are your long-term career goals?

“My research goals center on developing culture technologies that deepening our understanding of the tumor microenvironment, particularly, focusing on how matrix properties and morphogen signals affect tumor heterogeneity and therapy outcomes. As a passionate advocate for diversity in science, I actively engage in mentoring and outreach, promoting female and minority participation in STEM. My career objective is to continue pioneering innovative cancer research while championing diversity and inclusivity in the scientific community.”
