What are your long-term career goals?
I aim to pursue a career at the intersection of health care and research as a physician scientist, studying radiation oncology or cancer immunology. My hope is to leverage my computer science background to take advantage of computational tools and machine learning to inform my research. In the future, my goal is to lead an independent research group conducting translational cancer research while also teaching and mentoring future physicians and scientists at the university level.
