AACR on Campus Poland/Ukraine
The American Association for Cancer Research (AACR) is proud to partner with the Maria Skłodowska-Curie National Research Institute and Oncology Centre (MSCI) and Global Medical Knowledge Alliance (GMKA) to host AACR on Campus Poland/Ukraine, taking place August 6-7, 2026, in Warsaw, Poland.
Designed specifically for early-career cancer researchers and clinical professionals in Poland and Ukraine, AACR on Campus offers a dynamic program tailored to support professional growth and scientific exchange.
Tailored specifically for early-career cancer researchers and clinical professionals from Poland and Ukraine, the program spans 1.5 days and focuses on Poland’s and Ukraine’s unique cancer research, treatment, and care landscape. Core topics include:
- Cancer Prevention and Early Detection
- Quality of Life and Quality of Care in Cancer Management
- Observational Studies: Learning from Real-World Data
- Cost-effectiveness in Cancer Treatment
In addition, participants will take part in essential skills and professional development workshops, including: Workshop on Crafting Winning Grant Proposals; Strategies for Publishing High-Impact Scientific Articles; and Poster Presentations.
Through this combination of scientific exchange and professional training, AACR on Campus Poland/Ukraine will empower the next generation of cancer researchers to advance discoveries and strengthen cancer research capacity across the region.
