The AACR Professional Excellence Program (AACR PEP) is dedicated to developing a core of new oncology leaders with the skill set to drive innovation and collaboration across the basic, translational, clinical, and population science landscape. Program Overview
The program is designed to support early‑stage researchers across the basic, translational, clinical, and population science fields. Through a structured yearlong experience, participants engage in a combination of skill‑building, mentorship, and collaborative project work that strengthens their professional and scientific development.
