APPLICATION FOR PODIUM PRESENTATION

Biotech companies will have the opportunity to apply for a presentation during the AACR Drug Discovery and Development conference (AACR D3) conference to present their early oncology pipelines, research areas of interest, and innovative strategies that are employed to advance drug development. Each company selected will be allotted ten (10) minutes for their presentation plus ten (10) minutes for moderated discussion and questions from the audience.

Application process

Podium presentation applications are no longer being accepted for this conference. The application submission deadline was Wednesday, May 20, 2026 1 p.m. ET . All applications submitted by the May 20, 2026 deadline will be considered for a showcase session.

NOTIFICATION OF APPLICATION STATUS 

All individuals listed as the contact person will be notified of acceptance or rejection by email approximately five (5) weeks after the application submission deadline. Those noted as presenters of accepted applications will also receive instructions for their presentation.
