myAACR Support: Virtual Meeting Access / Registration

myAACR is your portal to access AACR services, including registering for AACR events, attending virtual events (except Annual Meeting 2022), paying member dues, and submitting abstracts for AACR meetings (except Annual Meeting 2022). If you are having problems accessing myAACR, you can use the guide below to troubleshoot the problem and request assistance, if needed.

Make sure you are using a compatible browser and version. myAACR does not support Internet Explorer (IE). Check your browser version to make sure that you are using one of the following supported browsers to log into myAACR:

  • Chrome (preferred): Version 80 or higher
  • Firefox: Version 74 or higher

Make sure your device is compatible. The issue may be specific to the device you are using. Please try logging on with another device if you have one.

Your device may need a software upgrade. A device in need of an upgrade to a newer version can result in poor performance for your applications.

Your connectivity, internet access, or bandwidth may not be adequate or sufficient. A “bad” or “weak” connection can cause technical glitches. You may need to contact your service provider.

You may need to check for potential firewalls or blocked content. Certain businesses implement firewalls and block content as part of their information security policies. You may need to contact your business’ technical team for alternatives.

Virtual meeting attendees: You should check your browser version as soon as possible. We highly recommend testing your browser in advance of the first day of the meeting if you are attending an AACR virtual meeting for the first time. Meeting recordings will become available for any sessions you may have missed due to your issue. To access a virtual meeting, proceed as follows:

  1. Log into myaacr.aacr.org.
  2. Go to the EVENTS menu option in the upper right corner of the screen. 
  3. Select the Events I am Attending tab. 
  4. Click on the Details button next to the event, then click on the “Attend” button.
    The “Attend” button will become enabled approximately 30 minutes before the meeting start time.
