Register Today: Inaugural AACR Conference on Drug Discovery and Development (AACR D3), July 21-24, 2026

BOSTON – The American Association for Cancer Research (AACR) will host a special conference on Drug Discovery and Development (AACR D3) from July 21-24, 2026, in Boston, Massachusetts. Registration is complimentary for credentialed members of the media.

This inaugural AACR D3 conference aims to redefine the future of oncology drug development by challenging conventional paradigms and catalyzing innovation across disciplines. Bringing together a diverse and influential community—including leaders from biotechnology, pharmaceutical companies, academia, regulatory agencies, technology firms, venture capital, and patient advocacy organizations—the conference is designed to spark bold ideas and foster transformative collaborations.

The program will feature immersive and interactive session formats to create dynamic networking opportunities and facilitate real-time problem-solving. Attendees will explore cutting-edge science, novel technologies, and emerging frameworks that promise to revolutionize how cancer therapies are discovered, developed, and delivered.

The program will also feature keynote lectures from several leaders in the field of oncology drug discovery and development, including:

  • Nobel Laureate William G. Kaelin, MD, FAACR, Dana-Farber Cancer Institute
  • Alexis Borisy, Curie.Bio
  • Chris Boshoff, MD, PhD, Pfizer
  • David Schenkein, MD, Google Ventures
  • William R. Sellers, MD, FAACR, Broad Institute of MIT and Harvard
