CELEBRATING BLACK HISTORY MONTH

One of the AACR’s main goals is to increase visibility, recognition and assist with the professional advancement of minority scientists in cancer research.  This Black History Month, the Minorities in Cancer Research (MICR) Council wishes to celebrate the breakthroughs, contributions and history that is continuously made by minority scientists in the U.S and globally. The MICR Council is the advisory body to the AACR leadership on issues of concern to minority investigators and is also responsible for spearheading the initiatives and organizing activities of MICR through its committees. Get involved and learn more about AACR-MICR efforts towards health equity.
