The AACR is excited to present the Third AACR Oncology Industry Partnering Event: From Cancer Discoveries to Patients on April 16-17, 2026, in San Diego, immediately prior to the AACR Annual Meeting 2026. Following the success of the first two events in 2024 and 2025, which attracted over 500 attendees, the 2026 program will expand to accommodate up to 800 attendees and provide more opportunities for presentations from both major pharmaceutical companies and small-mid size biotechnology companies.
The AACR is known for fostering innovation through translational science – turning clinical observations and early scientific discoveries into actionable insights and patient interventions more efficiently. Hosting the Annual AACR Oncology Industry Partnering Event is an important example of how the AACR is connecting academia, industry, and the business community to accelerate progress with cancer treatments and cures that directly benefit patients globally.
This annual event provides a unique networking experience for attendees to learn from our industry partners who will highlight the oncology pipelines and platforms of leading pharmaceutical and biotechnology companies as well as emerging scientific themes across the biopharmaceutical industry. This oncology-focused event will once again feature thought-leaders who will share their innovation strategies for drug development and present analysts and investors new partnership and licensing opportunities to advance these concepts.
This event requires a separate registration from the AACR Annual Meeting 2026 and will be available as an in-person event only. Virtual participation is NOT available for this event. All session participants will present in-person in San Diego and will be available (or their teams) for discussion at the San Diego Convention Center.
