The AACR is aware that one or more unauthorized companies are using deceptive advertising methods to direct users to fraudulent websites that purport to offer housing and registration for the AACR Annual Meeting 2026. Please note that users can only register to attend the AACR Annual Meeting and confirm a hotel room through this website. The AACR cannot guarantee your registration or housing reservation if you purchase them using an illegitimate website.

Registration Deadlines
- Early Registration (lowest rate): January 5, 2026
- Advance Registration (discounted rates): February 27, 2026
- Onsite Registration Opens: 12:00 p.m. PT April 17, 2026 (San Diego Convention Center)
How to Register
Access to the registration system is available through myAACR. You will need to login into your myAACR account or create an account to register for the meeting. If you do not recall your myAACR password, you can click the “Forgot Password” link to reset it.
Register Online for the Annual Meeting 2026Registration Options
Multiple registration options are available for the AACR Annual Meeting 2026. Both in-person and virtual registration packages include access to live sessions, Q&A, networking, CME/MOC credits for select sessions within the Education Program (individuals must be registered by April 22, 2026), and more.
In-Person Meeting Registration
The following items are included with in-person registration:
- Admission to all live scientific sessions, including admission to the Education Program sessions (65 Educational Sessions and Methods Workshops) on Friday and Saturday, April 17 and 18
- Admission to the poster hall and live poster presentations
- Access to the virtual meeting platform and all live and on-demand sessions through October 2026
- Admission to all town hall meetings, NCI/NIH-supported sessions, and other live special sessions
- Access to the e-poster platform through October 2026
- Access to AACR Annual Meeting 2026 App and online itinerary planner
- Ability to submit questions to session speakers through a mobile application
- Admission to the exhibit hall, spotlight theaters, and other exhibitor events
- Admission to Satellite Educational Symposia (separate complimentary registration required)
- Admission to special sessions at AACR Central and the AACR Publishing Booth
- Admission to the Networking Hubs and other live networking sessions
- Access to all recorded Educational Sessions and Methods Workshops through October 2026
- Admission to Professional Development Sessions (for eligible participants; separate complimentary registration required)
- Opportunity to claim CME/MOC credits through an accredited provider for select sessions within the Education Program (individuals be registered for the meeting by April 22, 2026)
- Daily coffee breaks and light refreshments in the Exhibit Hall
- Certificate of Attendance
- Complimentary shuttle service between hotels and convention center
Virtual Meeting Registration
The following items are included with the virtual registration:
- Access to live streamed sessions
- Access to the virtual meeting platform and all live and on-demand sessions through October 2026
- Access to the e-poster platform through October 2026
- Access to the AACR Annual Meeting 2026 App and online itinerary planner
- Ability to submit questions to session speakers through the virtual meeting platform
- Access to networking opportunities on the virtual meeting platform

Payments
Registration forms submitted without full payment cannot be processed and will be returned. All fees must be paid in U.S. currency drawn on a U.S. bank. Government or other purchase orders cannot be accepted. Please note that paying the abstract submission fee does not constitute registration for the meeting.

Eligibility for Registration at AACR Member Rates
Nonmember individuals interested in registering at the early registration member rate must submit membership applications no later than December 8, 2025. Individuals who are interested in joining the AACR and registering at the advance registration member rate must submit membership applications no later than January 30, 2026. Only individuals who are listed on the membership rolls as of March 20, 2026, will be accorded the privilege of registering for the AACR Annual Meeting 2026 at the member rates noted on the registration form. In order to receive the AACR member rate, individuals must be current in their dues at the time of registration. If upon review of membership application, a candidate is deemed ineligible for the membership category to which they have applied, then the candidate will need to register in advance at the nonmember rate.
Registration Changes / Meeting Cancellation Policies
Registered participants may change their registration selection from the in-person to the virtual meeting at any time without penalties or change fees. All modifications to registration should be completed by Friday, April 17, 2026.
Participants may cancel their registration and receive a refund—less a $125 cancellation fee—as long as the cancellation request is received in writing on or before Friday, March 6, 2026. No refunds will be granted after this date.
All registration cancellations and refunds will be processed in the same manner as original payment.
Please Note: Cancelling your meeting registration does not automatically cancel your hotel reservation. Hotel reservations must be canceled separately.
Credentials
All advance registrants for the in-person registration option will receive an Express Badge Pickup confirmation via email approximately one week prior to the start of the conference. Please bring this notice with you to the Annual Meeting 2026, and you may proceed to the Already Registered counters for fast pickup of your registration credentials. Your badge will provide you with access to the scientific sessions as well as the exhibit floor.
Group Registrations
Group registration is available to organizations who want to register 25 or more delegates to attend the AACR Annual Meeting. One of the benefits of registering as a group is to schedule badge pick-up on Thursday, April 16th before registration opens onsite for all attendees. This page is not intended for exhibitor registration. Please email [email protected] with any questions you may have regarding the registration of your exhibitor booth personnel.
Onsite Registration
Onsite registration will open on Friday, April 17, 2026, at the San Diego Convention Center in San Diego, California, and will remain open on the following schedule:
- Friday, April 17: 12-6 p.m.
- Saturday, April 18: 7 a.m.-6 p.m.
- Sunday, April 19: 7 a.m.-6 p.m.
- Monday, April 20: 7 a.m.-6 p.m.
- Tuesday, April 21: 7 a.m.-6 p.m.
- Wednesday, April 22: 7 a.m.-12 p.m.
