This inaugural meeting of the AACR Lung Cancer Task Force brings together an exceptionally distinguished and internationally recognized leadership group, reflecting the depth and breadth of expertise driving progress in the field. Designed as a highly curated, multidisciplinary forum, the program convenes leading researchers, clinicians, and innovators to address the most pressing challenges in lung cancer.
Over three days, the meeting will span the full continuum of discovery and care, from prevention, risk assessment, and early detection to translational science and emerging therapeutic strategies. Plenary sessions will explore key areas including minimal residual disease, clinical trial innovation, immuno‑oncology, oncogene‑driven disease, and small cell lung cancer.
Attendees will gain insights into advances in lung tumor biology, resistance mechanisms, and precision medicine, alongside the integration of technologies such as genomics and artificial intelligence. Featuring expert speakers and interactive discussions, the meeting aims to foster collaboration and accelerate progress toward improving outcomes for lung cancer patients worldwide.
