The AACR has recently been notified that some conference registrants are being solicited by an unauthorized company trying to obtain credit card information by phone and email to secure housing accommodations at this conference. Accommodations
The conference will be held at the Hilton San Diego Bayfront in San Diego, California. The Hilton San Diego Bayfront is located approximately 4.5 miles (7.2 km) away from the San Diego International Airport (SAN).
The discounted room block for conference attendees at the Hilton San Diego Bayfront is now sold out and additional discounted rooms will not be added.

The closest major airport to the conference site is the San Diego International Airport (SAN), which is located approximately 7.2 km/4.5 miles (~20 minutes) from the hotel. - A one-time minimal transaction fee of $35 will be clearly listed along with flight pricing
- For your security, CT will require a signed credit-card-authorization-form before they can process payment for your flight
AACR’s CT office is open Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. ET.
GROUND TRANSPORTATION
A variety of ground transportation options are available upon arrival, including taxi service, private car service, Uber, car rentals, and shared shuttles. INTERNATIONAL TRAVEL
Researchers from more than 50 different countries around the world regularly participate in AACR meetings and conferences. The Association encourages and appreciates the contributions of international researchers at our programs. If you plan to attend this AACR conference, please contact the American Consulate in your country to review the current regulations for travel to the United States. Obtaining the proper documentation may take several weeks or months, depending on your location, so we encourage you to contact the consulate as soon as possible if you are considering attending this conference.
