WHAT

The American Association for Cancer Research (AACR) will host a release event to unveil the 15th edition of the AACR Cancer Progress Report at the National Press Club in Washington, D.C. There will also be a virtual live stream of the event.

The AACR Cancer Progress Report is a cornerstone of the AACR’s educational and advocacy efforts. In addition to providing the latest statistics on cancer incidence, mortality, and survivorship, this annual report is a powerful testament to how robust, sustained, and predictable federal investment in cancer research saves lives. The AACR Cancer Progress Report 2025 will highlight the groundbreaking advances of the past year and celebrate 15 years of transformative progress—progress that has been driven by innovation, collaboration, and unwavering commitment, and fueled by funding for the National Institutes of Health.
