I study the role of Arginase 1 in the establishment of an immune suppressive microenvironment in pancreatic cancer. The goal of my project is to identify new therapeutic targets, such as Arginase 1, and use in combination therapy for the treatment of this disease. After obtaining a PhD, my goal is to obtain a leadership position in industry.
