AACR ANNUAL MEETING 2026 affiliate meetings

The AACR Annual Meeting 2026 will be held at the San Diego Convention Center in San Diego, California, from April 17-22. The AACR Annual Meeting offers an opportunity to increase the visibility of your organization among the world’s most prestigious scientists and other cancer professionals. If you plan to hold a function during the 2026 Annual Meeting, you must complete the survey below. Please submit one request per event. If your event requires more than one meeting room, you must submit a separate request for each room needed. Affiliate Meetings are different than Exhibitor Meeting Rooms.

Affiliate Meetings take place at one of the approved affiliate hotels and must be approved by the AACR. These meetings can be held by both exhibiting and non-exhibiting companies/organizations and there is a separate fee to host these types of meetings.

Exhibitor Meeting Rooms are built-out rooms in the Sails Pavilion of the Convention Center ranging in size from 10’x10’-20’x20’. Exhibitor Meeting Rooms provide exhibitors with the ability to host staff meetings during the Exhibit Show and are a great opportunity to create a unique, private showroom or lounge for hosting clients and prospects. These meeting rooms can only be purchased by exhibiting companies/organizations and can only be purchased through the Exhibitor Resource Center.

Please note, only exhibitors are permitted to host their affiliate event at HQ hotels: Marriott Marquis San Diego, Manchester Grand Hyatt, and Hilton San Diego Bayfront. Please note, these are assigned on a first-come, first-serve basis. Non-Exhibitors are not permitted to hold meetings at the Manchester Grand Hyatt San Diego or the Marriott Marquis San Diego Marina. However, meeting space maybe secured at the Hilton San Diego Bayfront. A list of Non-HQ Hotels can be found below.
