Exclusive Member Opportunity: Call for Emerging Program Topics for AACR Annual Meeting 2027
Submission Deadline: Wednesday, June 24, 5 p.m. ET
The AACR Annual Meeting is the touchstone event for the cancer research community, a critical forum that showcases the intersections between basic research, preclinical science, and clinical applications that can catalyze a quantum leap forward in understanding cancer etiology, prevention, diagnosis, and treatment.
The AACR Annual Meeting 2027 program committee—led by chairs Sheila A. Stewart, PhD, and Kurt Schalper, MD, PhD—is currently developing a state-of-the-art program that will highlight the advances that are being made simultaneously in basic, translational, and clinical research and how those approaches are informing one another. As an AACR member, you have an exclusive opportunity to contribute to this dynamic program by proposing a novel, emerging topic. The program committee will evaluate all submissions for inclusion in the AACR Annual Meeting 2027.
Only AACR members in good standing may submit a program topic for consideration. Members will be authenticated through their myAACR login and will be asked to provide the following:
- Suggestion for an Emerging Program Topic (one suggestion per member; max. 350 characters, including spaces)
- Suggestions for Chair or Speaker (optional; max. 350 characters, including spaces)
The program committee will evaluate submitted topics based on their novelty and how effectively they integrate multiple disciplines. While suggestions for moderators and speakers will be considered, final decisions will be left to the sole discretion of the program committee.
Take advantage of this unique opportunity to shape the program of the most important cancer research meeting in the world. Submit your program topic by 5 p.m. ET on Wednesday, June 24.
