The Estonian Cancer Society works to spread knowledge and raise public awareness about cancer and cancer prevention, promote the early detection of cancer, and increase cancer survival rates. It also strives to rehabilitate cancer patients, improve patients’ quality of life, and develop home-care support systems. The Estonian Cancer Society also raises awareness of the socioeconomic problems connected to and caused by cancer.
