Mark your calendar. The exhibit show for the AACR Annual Meeting 2027 will be held at the Orange County Convention Center in Orlando, Florida, from April 2-7, 2027. 

AUDIENCE 

We invite you to participate in the AACR Annual Meeting 2027 in Orlando, Florida. The AACR Annual Meeting is the most important cancer meeting in the world, where members of the global cancer research community gather to interact, collaborate, and share the latest breakthroughs in cancer science and medicine. 

The AACR Annual Meeting offers an opportunity to increase the visibility of your organization among the world’s most prestigious scientists and other cancer professionals. Annual Meeting attendees are laboratory scientists and clinical investigators specializing in all aspects of cancer research, including experimental therapeutics, molecular targeted therapies, chemistry, molecular biology and genetics, immunology and immunotherapy, tumor biology, virology, toxicology, prevention, and clinical and translational research.

    • Wednesday, March 31: 12-5 p.m. (islands 800 sq ft+)

EXHIBIT SPACE FEES 

10’x10’ Inline Booth                    $4,650 

Corner Charge                           $200 per corner 

10’x10’ Premium Booth             $4,850 (Opposite Posters Sessions, Coffee Breaks, AACR Central) 

Island Booth Spaces                  $48.50 per sq. ft. 

Non-Profit Booth Spaces          $1,200 each (for first booth; regular rate for any additional booths) 

*To qualify for the Non-Profit rate, you must select booth space in the non-profit section in the Hall. 

BOOTH PAYMENTS 

A 50% deposit for your booth space is due with your application or within 30 days of your application, and the full payment is due September 14, 2026. Exhibitors that sign up after September 14 have 60 days to pay in full. For payments using ACH, check, or wire transfer, please contact the Exhibits Team. 

BOOTH CANCELLATIONS 

Notification of booth space cancellation or space reduction* must be submitted in writing to [email protected]. The following fees will apply to any cancellations or reductions in exhibit space: 

  • After June 12, 2026–Exhibitor is responsible for 25% of the total booth fee.  
  • After November 13, 2026–Exhibitor is responsible for the entire booth fee. No Refund will be issued.  
  • Exhibitors signed up after November 13, 2026 have 60 days to cancel for a 25% refund.  

Exhibitors that sign up after November 13, 2026, have 60 days to cancel for a partial refund, 25% of booth fee. After 60 days of receipt of booth space, the Exhibitor is responsible for the entire booth fee. 

*Exhibitors that change the size of their exhibit space are not guaranteed the originally assigned location and are subject to relocation by the AACR and to the cancellation/reduction policy as stated above.

AACR SPECIAL CONFERENCES 

The AACR organizes a variety of outstanding conferences, meetings, and workshops each year to advance our understanding of cancer and to facilitate the exchange of the most cutting-edge research in the field. Attendees are invited to stretch their boundaries, form collaborations, attend sessions outside their areas of expertise, and learn how to apply exciting new concepts, tools, and techniques to their own research. 

AACR Special Conferences present unique opportunities to interact with the world’s leading experts and discuss the latest findings in rapidly developing areas of cancer research. These popular conferences are relatively small (150-400 attendees) to allow ample time for discussion and networking. 

The AACR also holds a variety of meetings on a recurring basis, including such collaborative programs as the San Antonio Breast Cancer Symposium and the AACR-NCI-EORTC International Molecular Targets and Cancer Therapeutics.
