sCHEDULE OF POSTER PRESENTATIONS

All accepted abstracts will be presented as posters during Poster Session A on Thursday, October 12, from 12:30-4 P.M. or Poster Session B on Friday, October 13, from 12:30-4 P.M. or Poster Session C on Saturday, October 14 from 12:30-4 P.M.

RELEASE DATE FOR REGULAR ABSTRACTS AND LATE-BREAKING ABSTRACTS 

Abstract titles and presenters (no data) will be available on the AACR website in mid-September.

All accepted regular abstracts (submitted for the July 10 deadline) are scheduled to be released to registrants in the conference app at 12:00 pm U.S. ET, on Wednesday, October 4, 2023, with the exception of abstracts selected for inclusion in the AACR press program.

All accepted late-breaking abstracts (submitted for the August 30 deadline) are scheduled to be released to registrants via the conference app at 12:00 pm U.S. ET, on Wednesday, October 11, 2023, with the exception of abstracts selected for inclusion in the AACR press program.

Any abstract selected for the official meeting press program will be posted during the conference at the beginning of the session where the study is being presented.

LATE-BREAKING ABSTRACT SUBMISSION (CLOSED)

Late-breaking abstracts are no longer being accepted for this conference. The late-breaking abstract submission deadline was 1:00 pm U.S. ET on Wednesday, August 30, 2023. All late-breaking abstracts submitted by the deadline will be considered for oral and poster presentation.

NOTIFICATION OF LATE-BREAKING ABSTRACT STATUS

All individuals listed as ABSTRACT PRESENTERS will be notified of acceptance or rejection by email approximately two (2) weeks after the August 30 late-breaking abstract submission deadline. Notices and instructions will be sent to the email address provided at the time of late-breaking abstract submission. If a late-breaking abstract is not selected for presentation, the presenter may request a full refund of the registration fee by contacting the AACR Meetings Department at [email protected].

PRESENTATION AND PUBLICATION OF LATE-BREAKING ABSTRACTS

Late-breaking abstracts selected for presentation during the conference (poster or oral) will be made available to conference registrants as noted above. Every effort will be made to reproduce the content of the late-breaking abstracts as submitted, except in certain circumstances where changes may be made to comply with AACR style. Late-breaking abstracts will be published as an online supplement to an AACR journal within 1-3 months of the conference.

All short talk presentations and poster presentations are to be made in-person at the conference in Boston. Virtual or remote presentations are not available at this conference. Instructions for those invited to present posters and/or short talks will be sent to the PRESENTER noted in the AACR online abstract submission service.

REGISTRATION AND ACCOMMODATIONS FOR LATE-BREAKING ABSTRACT PRESENTERS

Individuals planning on presenting a late-breaking abstract at this conference are encouraged to register and make a room reservation at one of the conference hotels as early as possible. If a late-breaking abstract is not accepted for presentation at the conference, the presenter may request a full refund of the registration fee. For additional information, please visit the registration and accommodations and travel webpages.

REQUEST FOR WITHDRAWAL OF LATE-BREAKING ABSTRACTS

Once a late-breaking abstract has been submitted, it may be withdrawn only by written request from the ABSTRACT PRESENTER. Withdrawal requests must include the abstract title and presenter as well as an explanation of the reason for withdrawal. The request may be emailed to [email protected] and must be received by 12:00 pm U.S. ET on Tuesday, September 12, 2023.

REGULAR ABSTRACT SUBMISSION (CLOSED)

Regular abstracts are no longer being accepted for this conference. The abstract submission deadline was Monday, July 10, 2023. All abstracts submitted by the Monday, July 10, 2023, deadline will be considered for oral and poster presentation.
