Registration

REGISTRATION PROCESS 

Individuals wishing to attend the meeting must register online. Registration will not be processed without full payment. All fees must be in U.S. currency, drawn on a U.S. bank. Visa, MasterCard, and American Express are also accepted for payment. 

AACR members must log into their member account when registering online to obtain the member rates (member dues must be paid through 2022 prior to registering). Online registrations will be confirmed by email immediately. Receipts can also be obtained online. 

REGISTRATION FOR IN-PERSON MEETING 

In-person registration includes admission to all lecture sessions, poster sessions, opening reception on October 6, meeting continental breakfasts on October 7 and 8; refreshment breaks as outlined in the program, and refreshments during the Poster Session/Reception on October 7. In-person registration also provides access to the virtual meeting platform during the in-person meeting and on-demand access after the in-person meeting ends. CME/MOC credits are also available for this meeting – please visit the CME webpage for details. 

Individuals unable to travel to Washington, D.C. for this meeting should review the information for ON-DEMAND REGISTRATION below.  

The virtual meeting platform will be available starting on October 6 at 5:00 pm (EST) and will provide access to the final program, abstracts being presented, short video presentations of posters, awardees, supporters, and related meeting information. Lecture sessions (synchronized slides and audio) will be available approximately 7-10 business days after the meeting for on-demand viewing and will remain available until December 17, 2022. NOTE – The AACR will not print a Program/Proceedings for this meeting as all materials will be available on the virtual meeting platform. 

Please note: Registrants must log in to myAACR and go to “Events” to access the virtual meeting platform. The “Attend” button on the digital ticket will become enabled approximately 30 minutes before the start of the meeting. 

If an individual registers for an in-person meeting and cannot provide vaccination proof prior to the start of the meeting as outlined on the COVID-19 GUIDELINES AND REQUIREMENTS webpage, that registration will be automatically transferred to an on-demand registration described below. 

Individuals who arrive for an in-person meeting without a confirmed in-person registration and vaccine certification must register for the meeting online through myAACR and complete the vaccination certification process before gaining entry. In-person registration is only confirmed after vaccination proof.  

REGISTRATION FOR ON-DEMAND ACCESS 

On-demand registration will provide access to the virtual meeting platform approximately 7-10 days after the meeting. On-demand registration will provide access to all lecture sessions (synchronized slides and audio), short video presentations of posters, the final program schedules, abstracts, awardees, supporters, and related meeting information. On-demand viewing will remain available until December 17, 2022.   

*NOTE – Some presentations may not be available on the on-demand platform.

REFUND POLICY 

Requests for refunds must be made in writing and received by the AACR Meetings Department by September 6, 2022 (30 days prior to first day of conference). Refund requests may be sent to [email protected]. There will be a $75 administrative fee for processing cancellations received by September 6, 2022. After this date, no refunds can be given.
