REGISTRATION PROCESS 

Individuals wishing to attend the meeting must register online. Registration will not be processed without full payment. All fees must be in U.S. currency, drawn on a U.S. bank. Visa, MasterCard, and American Express are also accepted for payment. 

AACR members must log into their member account when registering online to obtain the member rates (member dues must be paid through 2024 prior to registering). Online registrations will be confirmed by email immediately. Receipts can also be obtained online. 

Please note: Registrants must log in to myAACR and go to “Events” to access the meeting. The “Attend” button on the digital ticket will become enabled approximately 30 minutes before the start of the meeting. 

REGISTRATION FOR ON-DEMAND ACCESS 

On-demand registration will provide access to the virtual meeting platform approximately 7-14 business days after the meeting. On-demand registration will provide access to all lecture sessions (synchronized slides and audio) – posters will only be presented onsite and will not be available on the virtual platform. On-demand viewing will remain available until September 23, 2024 (70 days after last day of meeting). *NOTE – Some presentations may not be available on the on-demand platform.

Due to technical issues, the uploading of conference recordings has been delayed. We expect that recordings for all sessions will be available by July 15. To accommodate this delay, we have extended the on-demand viewing period by one month. Registrants will now have access through September 23.

¹ Nonmember pre/postdoctoral students must have their registrar, dean, or department head certify that they are enrolled at the university and working toward a degree or fellowship in a field related to cancer research.

REFUND POLICY

Requests for refunds must be made in writing and received by the AACR Meetings Department by Friday, May 10, 2024 (30 days prior to first day of conference). Refund requests may be sent to [email protected]. There will be a $75 administrative fee for processing cancellations received by May 10, 2024. After this date, no refunds can be given.
