Reservation Deadline: Wednesday, September 13​, 2017

The conference will be held at the Boston Marriott Copley Place in Boston, Massachusetts. The Boston Marriott Copley Place is located approximately 3.2 miles away from the Boston Logan  International Airport. A reduced conference rate of $304 per night is available to conference attendees until Wednesday, September 13, 2017. Reservations may be made online or by calling 1-877-901-6632 and requesting the AACR Tumor Immunology and Immunotheraphy conference rate. The hotel will accept reservations at the reduced conference rate on a space-available basis until the cut-off date. Reservations made after this date will be accepted on a first-come, first-served basis at the nearest available rate. Applied to the room charge will be state and local taxes, currently 14.45%. Reservations must be guaranteed with a major credit card at the time of reservation. A deposit will be taken at the time the reservation is made. Cancellations will be accepted at no charge 24 hours in advance of arrival. Note that check-in time is 4:00 p.m. and check-out time is 12:00 p.m.

Travel to Boston
The closest major airport to the conference site is the Boston Logan International Airport  (BOS), located approximately 17-25 minutes from the hotel.  The AACR has named Gant Travel Management as its official travel coordinator for this conference.

Ground Transportation
A variety of ground transportation options is available upon arrival, including taxi service, private car service, Uber, car rentals, and shared shuttles. Taxi service between the Boston Logan International Airport (BOS) and The Boston Marriott Copley Place is approximately $40.00 one way, plus gratuity. International Travel
Researchers from more than 50 different countries around the world regularly participate in AACR meetings and conferences. The Association encourages and appreciates the contributions of international researchers at our programs.
