The conference will be held at the Boston Marriott Copley Place in Boston. The Boston Marriott Copley is located approximately 6 miles away from Boston Logan International Airport (BOS).  Guest rooms in the block at the Boston Marriott Copley Place hotel are very low. If rooms are still available, reservations can be made online. There is an additional block of rooms available at the Colonnade Hotel located at 120 Huntington Avenue, Boston, MA 02116  which is one block away from the Marriott. A reduced conference rate of $289 per night, plus tax, is available to conference attendees until Friday, Sept. 14, 2018. You can make reservations online or by calling 1-800-962-3030 and requesting the AACR Advances in Pancreatic Cancer Research conference rate. The hotel will accept reservations at the reduced conference rate on a space-available basis until the cut-off date. Reservations made after this date will be accepted on a first-come, first-served basis and will be subject to the hotel's prevailing rates and availability. Applied to the room charge will be state and local taxes, currently 14.45%. Reservations must be guaranteed with a major credit card and a first night's deposit at the time of reservation.  

Travel to Boston
The closest major airport to the conference site is the Boston Logan International Airport (BOS), located approximately 30 minutes (6 miles) from the hotel. Conventions cannot be booked via Internet. Please be sure to refer to Convention Fare Code X201-999 when making your reservation. This offer is not valid on the Auto Train and Acela Service. Fare is valid on Amtrak Regional for all departures seven days a week, except for holiday blackouts. Ground Transportation
A variety of ground transportation options is available upon arrival, including taxi service, private car service, Uber, car rentals, and shared shuttles. Taxi transportation to and from Boston Logan International Airport (BOS) is approximately $40 one way, plus gratuity.

International Travel
Researchers from more than 50 different countries regularly participate in AACR meetings and conferences. The AACR encourages and appreciates the contributions of international researchers at our programs. If you plan to attend this AACR conference, please contact the American Consulate in your country to review the current regulations for travel to the United States. Obtaining the proper documentation may take several weeks or months, depending on your location, so we encourage you to contact the consulate as soon as possible if you are considering attending this conference.
