AccommodationsThe conference will be held at the JW Marriott Houston in Houston, Texas by the Galleria. The JW Marriott Houston is located approximately 27 miles away from George Bush Intercontinental Airport (IAH) and 16 miles away from the William P. Hobby Airport (HOU). A reduced conference rate of $199 per night is available to conference attendees until Wednesday, Dec. 19, 2018. Reservations may be made
online. The hotel will accept reservations at the reduced conference rate on a space-available basis until the cut-off date. Reservations made after this date will be accepted on a first-come, first-served basis at the nearest available rate. Applied to the room charge will be state and local taxes, currently 17%. Reservations must be guaranteed with a major credit card at the time of reservation. No deposit will be taken at the time the reservation is made. Cancellations will be accepted at no charge 72 hours in advance of arrival. Note that check-in time is 3 p.m., and check-out time is noon.
Travel to HoustonThe closest major airport to the conference site is the William P. Hobby Airport (HOU), located approximately 30 minutes from the hotel. The George Bush Intercontinental Airport (IAH) is also an option and is approximately 40 minutes from the hotel.
