AACR Annual Meeting 2015

Spotlight on Clinical Research and Clinical Trials

The AACR Annual Meeting covers the cancer research spectrum from the bench to the clinic.  This year, we are pleased to be featuring the first-ever comparison of two different immune checkpoint inhibitors in our opening plenary session, The Genome and Beyond.

  • Phase III study of pembrolizumab (MK-3475) versus ipilimumab in patients with ipilimumab-naïve advanced melanoma

The AACR’s long-standing commitment to highlighting the best science-based clinical research will be continued, in part, through the four Clinical Trials Plenary Sessions featuring paired presentations of the trial data and the scientific foundations of the trial.

Additionally, numerous clinical trials will be presented in Clinical Trials Minisymposia:

Further, there are opportunities to see even more clinical studies and interact with the authors during the Clinical Trials Poster Sessions in Halls B-E, Pennsylvania Convention Center.
