A deposit equal to one night’s stay will be charged to the credit card at the time the reservation is made. Cancellations will be accepted at no charge 48 hours in advance of arrival. Ground TransportationA variety of ground transportation options is available upon arrival, including taxi service, private car service, shuttle service, and car rentals. Taxi service between the Orlando International Airport and the JW Marriott Grande Lakes is approximately $30-$50, one way, plus gratuity.

Mears Motor Shuttle operates a non-exclusive, shared ride van shuttle from each of the terminals. Tickets can be purchased at any of the Mears booths conveniently located on level one in each Terminal. No reservations are necessary for arrivals, as the shuttle departs throughout the day and evening every 30-40 minutes from Level One at Orlando International Airport. Reservations are required for departures, returning back to the airport. The cost is $33.00 round-trip for adults and $25.00 for children ages 4-11. A one-way ticket is $20.00 for adults.
