REGISTRATION PROCESS

Individuals wishing to attend the symposium must register online. Registration will not be processed without full payment. All fees must be in U.S. currency, drawn on a U.S. bank. Visa, MasterCard, and American Express are also accepted for payment.

AACR members must log into their member account when registering online to obtain the member rates (member dues must be paid through 2024 prior to registering). Online registrations will be confirmed by email immediately. Receipts can also be obtained online.

REGISTRATION FOR IN-PERSON SYMPOSIUM

In-person registration includes admission to all lecture sessions, poster sessions, the opening reception on March 4, symposium continental breakfasts on March 5-6, refreshment breaks as outlined in the program, refreshments during the Poster Session on March 5, and lunch on March 6. In-person registration also provides on-demand access after the in-person symposium ends. CME/MOC credits are also available for this symposium – please visit the CME webpage for details.

On-demand access to session recordings (synchronized slides and audio) is available for those unable to attend the in-person meeting.  Lecture session recordings (synchronized slides and audio) will be available approximately 7-14 business days after the meeting for on-demand viewing and will remain available until May 15 (70 days after last day of meeting).

NOTE – Abstracts selected for presentation during the meeting (poster or oral) will be published as a freely available supplement in an AACR journal on the first day of the meeting. All other meeting information will be posted on the meeting webpages on www.aacr.org.  A limited number of print programs will be available onsite, but Conference Proceedings will not be printed for this meeting.

REGISTRATION FOR ON-DEMAND ACCESS

On-demand registration will provide access to lecture sessions (synchronized slides and audio) approximately 7-10 business days after the symposium for on-demand viewing and will remain available until May 15, 2024 (70 days after last day of symposium).  Posters will be presented onsite and will not be available for on-demand viewing.

REFUND POLICY

Requests for refunds must be made in writing and received by the AACR Meetings Department by February 4 (30 days prior to first day of symposium). Refund requests may be sent to [email protected]. There will be a $75 administrative fee for processing cancellations received by February 4. After this date, no refunds can be given
