Additionally, oral presentations of highly rated abstracts will be integrated within thematic sessions.

Individuals interested in submitting an abstract for presentation at the conference must do so through the AACR online abstract submission service that will be available on this page in mid-July 2024. The abstract submission deadline is Thursday, November 21, 2024, 1 p.m. U.S. ET.
CLINICAL TRIAL ABSTRACTS
Individuals interested in submitting a clinical trial abstract for presentation at the conference must do so through the AACR online abstract submission service that will be available on this page on Thursday, January 16. The clinical trial abstract submission deadline is Thursday, January 23, 2025, at 1 p.m. U.S. ET. Only those abstracts that are deemed to be of high scientific priority will be accepted. Clinical trial abstracts will be considered for both oral and poster presentations.
LATE-BREAKING ABSTRACTS
Individuals interested in submitting a late-breaking abstract for presentation at the conference must do so through the AACR online abstract submission service that will be available on this page on Thursday, January 16. The late-breaking abstract submission deadline is Thursday, January 23, 2025, at 1 p.m. U.S. ET. All late-breaking abstract submissions should detail highly significant and timely findings that were not available at the time of the regular abstract deadline. Only those abstracts that are deemed to be of high scientific priority will be accepted. Late-breaking abstracts will be considered for both oral and poster presentations.
RELEASE DATE FOR REGULAR, CLINICAL TRIAL, AND LATE-BREAKING ABSTRACTS
Regular, clinical trial, and late-breaking abstract titles and authors (no data) will be available on the AACR website on Wednesday, February 12, at 12 p.m. U.S. ET.
Regular abstracts (submitted for the November 13 deadline) selected for presentation during the conference (poster or oral) will be published as a freely available supplement in the AACR journal Cancer Immunology Research at 12 p.m. U.S. ET on Sunday, February 23, 2025—with the exception of abstracts selected for inclusion in the AACR press program.
Clinical trial and late-breaking abstracts (submitted for the January 23 deadline) will be publicly available to download (via aacr.org and/or through the conference app) at 12 p.m. U.S. ET, on Sunday, February 23, 2025—with the exception of abstracts selected for inclusion in the AACR press program.
Abstracts selected for inclusion in the AACR press program (regular, clinical trial, or late-breaking) will be publicly available to download (via aacr.org and/or through the conference app) at the date and time that their press embargo lifts.
Abstracts will not be available before these dates.
Every effort will be made to reproduce the content of the abstracts as submitted, except in certain circumstances where changes may be made to comply with AACR style.
NOTIFICATION OF ABSTRACT STATUS
All individuals listed as abstract presenters of regular abstracts will be notified of acceptance or rejection by email approximately four (4) weeks after the abstract submission deadline. Notices and instructions will be sent to the email address provided at the time of abstract submission. If an abstract is not selected for presentation, the presenter may request a full refund of the registration fee by contacting the AACR Meetings Department at [email protected].
All individuals listed as abstract presenters of clinical trial or late-breaking abstracts will be notified of acceptance or rejection by email approximately two (2) weeks after the abstract submission deadline. Notices and instructions will be sent to the email address provided at the time of abstract submission. If an abstract is not selected for presentation, the presenter may request a full refund of the registration fee by contacting the AACR Meetings Department at [email protected].
All poster and proffered talk presentations must be made in person.
Changes and Withdrawals
Any requests for changes to regular abstracts or withdrawals of regular abstracts must be sent to [email protected] by Thursday, January 16, 2025, at 12 p.m. U.S. ET. Requests cannot be processed after this date. Therefore, abstract authors should carefully read their abstracts before submission to ensure that all authors are listed correctly and that the text is correct.
Any requests for changes to clinical trial or late-breaking abstracts or the withdrawal of a clinical trial or late-breaking abstract must be sent to [email protected] by Monday, February 10, 2025, at 12 p.m. U.S. ET. Requests cannot be processed after this date. Therefore, abstract authors should carefully read their abstracts before submission to ensure that all authors are listed correctly and that the text is correct.
ENCORE ABSTRACTS
Encore presentations are only permitted for clinical trial abstracts that are submitted for the January 23, 2025, clinical trial abstract submission deadline. During the submission process, authors of encore clinical trial abstracts must provide the date and name of the meeting at which the original trial abstract was presented.
REGISTRATION AND ACCOMMODATIONS
Individuals planning on presenting an abstract at this conference are encouraged to register and make a room reservation at the conference hotel as early as possible. If an abstract is not accepted for presentation at the conference, the presenter may request a full refund of the registration fee. REQUEST FOR WITHDRAWAL
Once an abstract has been submitted, it may be withdrawn only by written request from the abstract presenter. The request may be emailed to [email protected] and must be received by 5:00 pm U.S. ET on Monday, January 20, 2025.
