Registration opens on December 1, 2026.
REGISTRATION PROCESS
Individuals wishing to attend this event in Orlando must register online. Registration will not be processed without full payment. All fees must be in U.S. currency, drawn on a U.S. bank. Visa, MasterCard, and American Express are also accepted for payment.
AACR members must log into their member account when registering online to obtain the member rate (member dues must be paid prior to registering). Online registrations will be confirmed by email immediately. Receipts can also be obtained online.
Registration for the AACR Oncology Industry Partnering Event is separate from registration for the AACR Annual Meeting 2027.
REGISTRATION BENEFITS
Registration includes admission to all sessions outlined in the program schedule, networking breakfasts on April 1 and 2, lunches on April 1 and 2, the evening reception on April 1, and breaks as outlined in the schedule.

All fees are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD). In-person registration is limited to 1,000 attendees and will be available on a first-come, first-served basis.

Requests for refunds must be made in writing and received by the AACR Meetings Department by Monday, March 1, 2027. Refund requests may be sent to [email protected]. There will be a $75 administrative fee for processing cancellations received by March 1. After this date, no refunds can be given.
