Media Registration Now Open: AACR Annual Meeting 2024, April 5-10

SAN DIEGO – The American Association for Cancer Research (AACR) will host its 115th Annual Meeting from April 5-10, 2024, at the San Diego Convention Center in San Diego, California. The meeting will be presented in a hybrid format, allowing participants to attend in person or virtually. Registration for the AACR Annual Meeting 2024 is complimentary for credentialed news media.

The AACR Annual Meeting offers scientists, clinicians, survivors, patients, and advocates an outstanding opportunity to share the latest advances in cancer science and medicine. Following this year’s theme, “Inspiring Science • Fueling Progress • Revolutionizing Care,” presentations at the meeting will span the entire field of cancer research, from population science and prevention; to cancer biology, translational, and clinical studies; to survivorship and advocacy.

The meeting will feature distinguished speakers from around the world, hundreds of invited talks, and more than 7,000 proffered papers. View the preliminary program on the AACR’s website.

The deadline to make hotel reservations through AACR Housing is Friday, February 23. Hotel information can be found in the Accommodations and Travel section on the AACR website. We recommend making hotel reservations as soon as possible due to anticipated increases in meeting attendance and housing demand. You may reserve a hotel room before registering for the meeting.

Journalists may register to attend the meeting in person in San Diego or virtually. Both in-person and virtual registrants will have access to live-streamed and on-demand sessions through the virtual meeting platform. Additional information on the meeting features included with in-person and virtual registration is available here.
