AACR Annual Meeting 2023
The AACR Annual Meeting 2023 will be held at the Orange County Convention Center in Orlando, Florida from April 14-19, 2023, with exhibit dates April 16-19. Exhibitors include a wide array of companies with the latest in products and services in laboratory and clinical research. The exhibits, located adjacent to the poster sessions, make a significant contribution to the educational value of the meeting. Special areas of interest include AACR Central, Non-Profit section, Publisher’s Row, and the AACR Advocacy Partners Pavilion.
The AACR gives you the opportunity to gain visibility for your organization among the world’s most prestigious scientists and other cancer professionals who are projected to attend from around the world. AACR Annual Meeting attendees are laboratory scientists and clinical investigators specializing in all aspects of cancer research, including experimental therapeutics, molecular targeted therapies, chemistry, molecular biology and genetics, immunology and immunotherapy, tumor biology, virology, toxicology, prevention, and clinical and translational research.
RESERVE A BOOTH
AACR exhibitors can submit their exhibit space application via the online application through Map Your Show (Please select the “I Need Space” option to the right of the page to begin your application!). Through the Map Your Show System you are able to secure an exhibit space, pay your required 50% deposit, and view an updated floorplan.
Booth space assignments are based on a priority point system. The deadline to submit an exhibit application to be part of space assignments using the priority point system is Friday, October 7. Spaces will be assigned the week of October 9, 2022. Any applications received on or after October 7 will be assigned on a first-come, first-served basis. Assignments will only be made for those exhibitors whose applications are accompanied by the required 50% deposit. Official space assignment letters will be emailed to exhibitor contacts by Monday, October 17.
Please Note: As a part of the application process, you are required to submit a minimum of six booth choices in the comments section of the application for space assignments. The booths in blue are currently available, while the gray ones have been secured by advance sales appointments. If you are looking for suggestions on size or location, please reach out to the Exhibits Team as we are more than happy to help.
For a 10×10 booth application, a single square on the floor plan counts as one of the six required booth placement options (10×10 Application Example: First Booth Preference – Booth #1000. Second Booth Preference: #1001). For a 10×20 booth or larger, two or more booth numbers per option are required to fulfill the six-choice minimum (10×20 Application Example: First Preference: Booth #1000 + #1001, Second Preference: Booths #1002 + #1003). Again, please place these choices in the comments section of the application. Please note, we do not allow endcap/horizontal 10×20 booths. Our team will inspect your booth choices once your application has been received. We will reach out with any questions, comments, or issues regarding your selections.

Non-Profit Booth Spaces $900 each (for first booth; regular rate for any additional booths)
* Please Note: The price of your booth is subject to change during space assignments week in October. Booths subject to additional charges include booths located near or next to AACR Central, Poster Sessions, and Coffee Breaks. Additional charges will also be reflected for Premium Booths (near entrances or other high visibility areas) and Corner Booths (inline booths with one or two exposed corners). Your final invoice will be sent to you after space assignments. *

Annual Meeting 2023 Housing
Housing for the Annual Meeting 2023 will open in September 2022. An email will be sent to all exhibitors who have submitted an application and paid their required 50% deposit with a link to make their housing reservations. Housing will be done through Convention Management Resources (CMR).
MARKETING OPPORTUNITIES AVAILABLE TO EXHIBITORS
Information on marketing and advertising opportunities for exhibitors will be available starting in October 2022. These include support and sponsorship opportunities, Exhibitor Spotlight Theaters, Exhibitor Meeting Rooms, advertising in the mobile app, and advertisements in printed publications. The Marketing Brochure will be posted to our webpage, emailed to all exhibitors, and shared in your Exhibitor Dashboard.
