The American Association for Cancer Research (AACR) and Japanese Cancer Association (JCA) have determined that proof of COVID-19 vaccination will be required for all registrants attending this meeting. Every registrant will be required to show proof of vaccination via the CLEAR app at registration before being allowed to pick up their meeting badge. REGISTRATION PROCESS 

Individuals wishing to attend the meeting must register online. Registration will not be processed without full payment. All fees must be in U.S. currency, drawn on a U.S. bank. Visa, MasterCard, and American Express are also accepted for payment. 

AACR members must log into their member account when registering online to obtain the member rates (member dues must be paid through 2022 prior to registering). Online registrations will be confirmed by email immediately. Receipts can also be obtained online. 

REGISTRATION FOR IN-PERSON MEETING 

Registration includes admission to all lecture sessions, poster sessions, the opening reception on December 10, continental breakfasts on December 11-14, refreshment breaks as outlined in the program, and refreshments during the Poster Sessions on December 11-14. CME/MOC credits are also available for this meeting – please visit the CME webpage for details. 

The AACR and JCA will not print a Program/Proceedings for this meeting as all materials will be made available in a digital format. 

If an individual registers for this in-person meeting and cannot provide vaccination proof prior to the start of the meeting as outlined on the COVID-19 GUIDELINES AND REQUIREMENTS webpage, the individual will not be permitted to participate in the meeting. 

Individuals who arrive at the meeting site without a confirmed registration and vaccine certification must register for the meeting online through myAACR and complete the vaccination certification process before gaining entry.

1 Nonmember pre/postdoctoral students must have their registrar, dean, or department head certify that they are enrolled at the university and working toward a degree or fellowship in a field related to cancer research. 

2 If you are a non-member Patient Advocate registering for this conference, you must complete the advocate verification form. The AACR Survivor and Patient Advocacy Department will contact you for approval. Please email [email protected] with any questions.

3 JCA Members will need to enter their member number to receive the JCA member rate. JCA Pre-/Postdoctoral Student members will need to enter their member number, check the Pre-/Postdoctoral Student checkbox, upload student verification, and also enter in their JCA Member number to receive the JCA member rate.
