The American Association for Cancer Research (AACR) and Japanese Cancer Association (JCA) have determined that proof of COVID-19 vaccination will be required for all registrants attending this meeting. Every registrant will be required to show proof of vaccination via the CLEAR app at registration before being allowed to pick up their meeting badge. Individuals wishing to attend the meeting must register online. Registration will not be processed without full payment. All fees must be in U.S. currency, drawn on a U.S. bank. Visa, MasterCard, and American Express are also accepted for payment.

AACR members must log into their member account when registering online to obtain the member rates (member dues must be paid through 2021 prior to registering). Online registrations will be confirmed by email immediately. Receipts can also be obtained online.


Registration includes admission to all lecture sessions, poster sessions, the opening reception on February 5, continental breakfasts on February 6-9, refreshment breaks as outlined in the program, and refreshments during the Poster Sessions on February 6, 7, 8 and 9.  CME/MOC credits are also available for this meeting – please visit the CME webpage for details.

The AACR and JCA will not print a Program/Proceedings for this meeting as all materials; all materials will be made available in a digital format.

If an individual registers for this in-person meeting and cannot provide vaccination proof prior to the start of the meeting as outlined on the COVID-19 Guidelines and Requirements page, the individual will not be permitted to participate in the meeting.

Individuals who arrive at the meeting site without a confirmed registration and vaccine certification must register for the meeting online through myAACR and complete the vaccination certification process before gaining entry.

1 Nonmember pre/postdoctoral students must have their registrar, dean, or department head certify that they are enrolled at the university and working toward a degree or fellowship in a field related to cancer research.

Requests for refunds must be made in writing and received by the AACR Meetings Department by Wednesday, January 5, 2022. Refund requests may be sent by fax to 215-446-9925 or by email to [email protected]. There will be a $75 administrative fee for processing cancellations received by Wednesday, January 5, 2022. After this date, no refunds can be given.
