Individuals interested in submitting an abstract for presentation during the conference must do so through the AACR online abstract submission service below.  The abstract submission deadline is Tuesday, June 18, 2024, 1 p.m. U.S. ET.

NOTIFICATION OF ABSTRACT STATUS

Individuals listed as ABSTRACT PRESENTERS will be notified of acceptance or rejection by email approximately five weeks after the abstract submission deadline. Notices and instructions will be sent to the email address provided at the time of abstract submission. If an abstract is not selected for presentation, the presenter may request a full refund of the registration fee by contacting the AACR Meetings Department at [email protected]. 

PRESENTATION AND PUBLICATION 

NEW IN 2024 – Abstracts selected for presentation during the meeting (poster or oral) will be published as a freely available supplement in an AACR journal on the first day of the meeting. Every effort will be made to reproduce the content of the abstracts as submitted, except in certain circumstances where changes may be made to comply with AACR style. Abstract titles and presenting authors will be posted on the AACR website before the symposium begins.

Any requests for changes must be made no later than 30 days prior to the start of the symposium. After August 4, 2024, additional requests, edits, and withdrawals cannot be processed. Therefore, abstract authors should carefully read their abstracts before submission to ensure that all authors are listed correctly and that the text is correct.  

For programs that include proffered talks selected from the abstract submissions, instructions will be sent to the ABSTRACT PRESENTERS with the date, time, and format for those presentations. 

All poster and proffered talk presentations must be made in-person.

REGISTRATION AND ACCOMMODATIONS 

Individuals planning on presenting an abstract at this conference are encouraged to register and make a room reservation at the conference hotel as early as possible. If an abstract is not accepted for presentation at the conference, the presenter may request a full refund of the registration fee. REQUEST FOR WITHDRAWAL 

Once an abstract has been submitted, it may be withdrawn only by written request from the ABSTRACT PRESENTER. The request may be emailed to [email protected] and must be received by 5:00 pm U.S. ET on August 4, 2024.
